mmmm...... it does look good, but I think it would look better if you could have gotten some sort of light source on the car to highlight the curves of the vehicle.

I straightened the horizon, too, and brought out the car a bit. It looks a bit grainy, though .

Yup the only thing killing it now is all the noise but I'm picky too

It's funny, I didn't even see those supports until after I looked at the pics as it was very dark. It was pretty windy too, do you think that is contributing to the "noise"(other than the fact that these aren't the higher res originals)? I used the mirror lock up on a tripod so the button press wasn't an issue I don't think. These were all 30 second exposures.

lol nope the wind isn't the culpret... the tweaks on the contrast, brightness, balance etc. is what is giving you the noise on top of a less than high res pic

I find that doing the editing and tweaking on the high-res shots first (before cropping or resizing) works out better for me. It's hard not to get noise on low light with long exposures.
