There are roughly four to five times as many white cars on the road as red cars, although I cannnot find the statistic to quote here. Take it as an educated guesstimate. Given that disparity, of course there are more tickets given to white cars. What is important is the ratio - what percentage of drivers of red cars get tickets versus the percentage of drivers whose cars are white. For instance, and these are NOT real statistics, perhaps 40% of red car drivers have gotten tickets, versus 20% of white car drivers. Since there are say 5 times as many white cars, that small percentage easily exceeds the number of tickets given to the red cars.

Gawd I hate math. It took me an hour to get this straight. Word problems, FTL.

Red attracts more attention, is easier to discern from the environment and as was posted later, it brings out the aggression in other drivers.

I'm not saying it doesn't look good on an STi, but a red rocket with a huge wing is a quota cop's dream come true. If you buy one, which would certainly be cool, just don't speed. Ever.

Edit: Yelllow ... I don't like yellow on cars. If it's yellow, it should say Caterpillar on the side.

No red cars for me. Looks ok, but I'd never pay for a red car.
