Canon SD700is Anyone have it??

I was thinking of buying this camera. (Canon SD700is) Just wanted to see if anyone had it and if they liked or disliked it. Got a good review from www.dpreview.com and www.cnet.com.

i have one... i got it from Hong Kong so the model name is a little different... they named it canon IXUS 800 IS over there... (dunno why)

the camera is excellent and i got a lot of "nice camera, picture quality is very good" from ppl who saw the pics i took... the image stabilization thing worked pretty well on me coz pics always come out blurry for me with my previous canon (i have shaky hands according to my gf)... but for this one... so far so good and the color was amazing...

Those are some nice pics. What is the difference in the jap model.where did you purchase it from. thanks

there is really no difference in the jap model... just the model number and how they brand it...

i got it from Hong Kong for about $400USD including an extra battery, a case, a 1gb SD card, and a screen protector...
