Default Pheasant hunting with an STI

Just driving down the road and this unfortunate bird couldn't resist the looks of that big scoop, and dove in for a closer look at the engine. I was only a few blocks from my garage, so pulled in and snapped the picture. You don't need a gun hunting with this method!

OK, your good at bird hunting with your car, now go out and try to get a deer.

I took a bird in the drivers side mirror, scared the crap out of me. thank god for breakaway mirrors.

I'll pass on the deer, but I am glad it wasn't a turkey!! It was nearly cooked by the time I got home, just had a few feathers to deal with.

It broke two of the little vertical supports that hold the scoop in place. It did a direct kamakaze hit at it about 40 mph. I wasn't sure where it went at first, as I ducked a bit thinking it was going to go through the windshield!

Wouldn't bet on warranty coverage, but I can always hope they have a sense of humor.

Unlike your bird mine wanted to see what the intercooler looked like up close. Quick story, going about 60 on the highway flies in front white feathers everywhere, me laughing!!

lol, these scoops give new meaning to road kill. Maybe they should come with a warning label, so they know better than to get so close!

Good thing birds don't have lawyers.
