Is that the raw hdr. or have you highlighted some spots? like the trees,and fenders and such?

The luminosity is turned down to make the picture smooth, the highlighting or halo-effect is a by-product of doing it that way, but I didn't add anything other than playing with the Curves in Photoshop.

Parker doesn't like overcooked HDR's, so you know what he's going to say. Everytime I do an HDR I change all the perameters to see how it looks best, this one happened to look best this particular way, but each pic is different.

yeah, it still looks good, but the halo effect like you said, its just a bit too much for me.... im not sure how to describe it

EDIT: It turned the car a sky blue or powder blue almost and then the highlights are white, not a good look for an STi, but i know that you started w/ silver

Yeah that is a great picture. that halo effect does make it look odd. Still great shot though.

It's possible to get the general effect with Photoshop, but it'd take some doing. This effect really needs 3 different exposures.
