Pics of my '07 STI / SWP

I'm not thrilled with them. Going to do a retake next week since these are not up to my usual standards.

I must remember to take my sunpass (prepaid toll) off.

I don't care for the grass in front of the car.

The vertical bars might be a bit busy here. I like these better than the other two.

about the pics, I havn't shot cars in some time... I was dusting off those old skills. I'm going to go ahead and redo next weekend. I'll post those up.

Sometimes, I get bored out of my mind, but it is beautiful out here. It is 1000 times more fun to drive here cause of hills and twisties. I Miss Miami a lot, not the people. People are too stressed out and angry down there.

Very true about the people down here.

I was up in Tennessee during the holidays, not with my car but we went for a drive in the Smokey mountains park. It was great.

photographers are their own worst critics...there are quite a few things i'd change about them too.

1st one is at an angle
2nd one is nice, im just not a fan of cut off cars
The vertical bars on the last 2 are very distracting. if they were blurred out it may look better but for now, I feel a little dizzy.

and people, please don't hesitate to explain what you do and don't like about a person's pictures. the only way to get better as a photographer (pro or not) is to know what works, what doesn't, and how different people perceive things.

So if I don't care for the 1st shot's angle, im going to say it. If he lights it, that's fine, but at least he has a better idea of how others may perceive things.

Saying "looks good" never goes well with a photographer because that means every photo they take is fine the way it is and you have no room for improvement.
