no. it's just yet another styling cue corvette stole from ferrari...but they only use it on their mid-engine cars, not the front engines.

looks a lot better for rear mid engines. not sure it's going to look good in the front.

The hole on the ZR1 looks straight down on the plastic cover over the SC. It's basically a plastic window looking at a plastic cover. Geniuses the GM designers are.
