BUUZZZ! Wrong. They were both stupid. The kid in the smaller car tried to take the short cut and pulled out in front of the white car but it had to happen. from the moment they started racing laps around that small parking lot, with customers parked in it, it was preordained.

My bad. I couldn't get to the link when it first went up so never saw it until now. That's nuts. Looks like he just decided to take a short cut for some unknown reason. All the other ricers that keep revving down the side street during the filming sure makes it seem like there's a high concentration of stupid in the area.
