I found out yesterday that my 08 STi DGM had arrived, took off a little early from work, and arrived waaay late home after slogging it out at the dealership.

I was able to snap a few photos today on the way home from work, so here some are.

On the way to/from the dealership yesterday (working on getting the SID of the Sirius receiver) my V1 alerted me to a cop that pinged me from behind. Once he pinged me, he dropped in behind and tried to pace me to catch me doing something.

Thought he'd be sneaky, I guess.

Chalk another save up to Mike Valentine.

how come teh us sti comes with a 8k tach and teh jdm spec comes with a 9k tach?

Cause teh JDM STi has a 2.0 litre engine that revs higher.....

and because the Japanese are shorter so the higher max makes the needle higher so they can see it better.
