Anybody know this wrx/sti w/ bbs rs wheels

Ok im sure a lot of bs discussion about the car will come into this thread, but please try to keep it on topic and help me find out if it's possibly somebody in the forums here or maybe iwsti. i posted it there also. It looks like they're 18" bbs rs wheels, the car's badass! if anybody knows anything let me know, thanks

i know they have them in 18s.. its has a crazy offset though

BS discussion doesnt come into play on IWSTI, thats left for the other forum. Here is the guys post who owns that car though:
