He's probably from the northeast. Our forests look the same here in VT, NH, ME etc.

Picture 2 is from me at sandpoint idaho. The rest are in north GA mountains!

Awesome pics. I wish I had that kind of skill. Nice PS too. I've seen that tutorial on different photoshop websites but haven't had the time to do it.
