The only thing that is bugging me is that the STi behind the "www.iwsti.COM" seems a little blury to me =[

No, to me the Lettering is blurry not the actual car.

Another quick tip for future photoshopping. When you need to cut something out, it's always a better idea to do it by hand. It looks like you used the magic wand tool (or possibly quick select if you have CS3). They usually leave traces though. The problem is that unless you are super-high-res (and sadly, most of the time even if you are) you are still constrained by the bitmap image properties. No matter how many pixels you try to squeeze in you still have pixels when you zoom in enough. So the magic wand tool almost invariably grabs and leaves pixels that you don't want. It's obviously more difficult to do it by hand, but the result is a much more professional looking image.

Also with your background you might want to add a little more solidity especially with the blue one. It looks like your translucent STi on the grey one is also over top of the STi facing away on the right. Might want to readjust the layers there.

Good start though.

2nd one definitely looks better. the 1st one has jagged edges around the logo
