Well, the stock downpipe does unbolt and it is 2 pieces, but there really isn't a front downpipe and rear downpipe, it's just "the downpipe." It comes with the heatshields, but I really can't do $20. I've had much higher offers before the customer flaked for various reasons (wife (dis)approval, no paypal, accident, got aftermarket instead, shipping too much, etc.).
