2004 sti part out/sale

well, some legal issues are forcing me to get rid of my recently finished project...the car was JUST completed being put back together with a built short block, fp green, etc.. so heres whats all for sale/for trade:

for sale:
helix catless downpipe (professionally ceramic coated) - $100
Buschur racing 3" bullet catback exhaust - $350
cusco os front strut bar - $100
kartboy short shifter - $50
hankook ipike w409 snow tires maybe 1500 miles on them..225/45/17 like brand new - $300
perrin 3" turbo inlet tube - $165

for trade for stock + $:
3" 8cm^2 ported fp green with fresh rebuild (1000 miles on it) $750 +vf-39
pe 850cc injectors 175$+stock injectors
whiteline 24mm front and rear sway bars + adjustable endlinks - $350+ stockers
powerslot front brake rotors + hawk hps brake pads $275 + quality stockers (less than 1k on brakes - never tracked)
GTSpec headers/uppipe - $400+ stock manifold/uppipe

audio fs"
JL Audio xr650-csi 6.5" component speakers asking $300
alpine cde 9843 deck - $100
jbl cs300.1 300watt sub amp (300x1@2ohm,200x1@4ohm) $100
JL Audio a4300 4 channel interior amp - $150
diamond audio D3 12" sub in 1.75' slot ported box - $225

car was recently tuned at moon performance on their low reading mustang dyno and put down 366hp and 364tq @ 22.5psi through the stock sti top mount. plenty of power to be made with these parts... please help me out all... thanks.

edit:... i am willing to sell the car as is with all parts installed built block and all for 28,500 approx 69k on the odometer.
