I've found you are more likely to get a point-by from rare, expensive, new or exotic vehicles than from anything else, especially when the owner isnt driving

I wouldn't say it felt like a Yugo . I won't go in to details, but I prefer my track car .

I talked to the producer of TopGear and they've already tried to bring it to the US. The pilot for a US TopGear got shot down by the various networks on their first attempt. They'll be trying again though.
