Don't forget to paint your car in silver, add an STi wing and do a headlight conversion.

Gruppe-S said they can tune me for $195.....I was wondering if that was out the door....if it is, it's only $40 than PDX custom map....

Hey Peleg, yup that's how much I paid. I guess there's no tax on services just parts.

I'm pioneering the Stage 1 Pro-tune movement!

Stay "tuned" , more news to come!

Custom map will have almost the same affect as tuning it on the dyno, now if you datalog it and give Gruppe-S the info, and they tune it according to what the dyno says, and what your real world readings say you will get a better tune more then likely. As far as doing the datalog for real world driving and what not that is good as well, and it costs a lot le$$ Either way you will be tuned and what not. My personal opinion is to do the PDX tune for now, go Stage 2 then get a dyno tune session in

Don't think I'll go stage 2 because I want total stealthiness in/out the car.

The price they quoted is awesome, 40 more dollars than PDX, hopefully get tuned this weekend.

SUBIRU, I will still detail your car.

Sorry to butt in, IMO you should just do a Gruppe-S Stg II (catted DP w/ stock CBE) [stealth]. You would'nt have to pay twice for a tune. I'm not taking nothing away from PDX but Mike's dyno tune would benefit you more since he's local and he stands behind his work. He'll make you drive the car around after the tune to make 100% sure happy with the tune and it matches your wants and needs for the tune. It will be custom tuned for only your car. Mail in maps is a 'no go' for me.

I thought I read the PDX tune was a lot less, my bad for $40 more I would rather have it dyno tuned, and yes a catted dp along with a TXS mid pipe going to the stock muffler would give you better flow, and slight power advantage and money to power ratio when custom dyno tuned. IMHO it is worth it, the extra $500 or so for a new catted dp, and a 3" midpipe as well.

Peleg, it is out the door mate. There is no taxable charge on a service such as labor or tuning.

Btw, left you a voicemail this morning
