that plot's general shape looks very much like my 18G tune. seem to be making boost faster. and my hp was still climbing after the HP & TQ line crossed. then power leveled off and stayed flat till redline.

take that thing to GST and do a few mustang pulls!

Ed's dyno reads very similar to GST's

the road dyno software reads similarly to a mustang chassis dyno. Also remember there is no correction factor being used for altitude or weather.
Stock STI's at sea level put down 215-225whp, stock 2.0 WRX's put down 155-165whp. Here are a couple trap speed references from previous customers:
275whp - 108mph traps
330whp - 116mph traps
385whp - 121mph traps

here is what sean's stock turbo record holding 06 sti put down on 91 (this is not the record setup/tune of course but I mention it because it means that it has a decent motor):

(277/314)(Crucial Downpipe and Racepipe, Crucial P&P&C OEM Headers, HKS Catback, Hallman MBC)

this is what my POS 07 sti did on 91

(270/304)(APS 3" catless TBE, APS 65mm CAI, Hallman MBC)

Well I am going to meet a friend of mine there, she lives in Eagle Rock which is like 5 minutes from there. I think we willbe in Glendale, but I have no idea what area or where it is. I have made no reservations to stay anywhere, all fly by the seat of your pants action this coming weekend.

good luck this weekend. sometimes fly by the seat of your pants is more fun (typically when things work out well). so i hope it works out.

you know, the funny thing about this thread, you miss a couple hours and you miss a couple of pages.

good #'s by the way on the dyno. would love to see a gst pull.

i assume it would be asinine for me to consider having some shop revert me back to stock (either if i get the evo or for the smogging next year).

if you don't have any plans, and don't know where to go; Jax bar
IIRC it's on Brand Ave. they usually have a live band playing, great bar and good food.

on race gas (110 leaded) did 450hp@5690 and 465tq@4730 spiking 27 falling to 26psi

this was all on stock block and bottom end. should be meeting up with him soon to give you guys some new #

ya agreed i think he said stock sti's were doin 250ish on his road dyno. but his software is all modeled after a mustang dyno, and considering he worked at dbtune probably got to fine tune and check it against the dyno there.

my stomach hurts for some reason, been hurting for a couple days. Stress + no food could probably be the problem. that or sleeping on a really crappy mattress

Oh question.

I got my stimulus check and my friend said that its wrong (he's an accountant), im either suppose to get 300 or 600. I got some random number and he told me to call it in. Any opinions on that?

Umm, calling about it will get you nowhere IRS is so back-logged on complaints and other related issues. I would call H&R Block and ask them what to do, worst that could happen to you is you'd have to pay back that $100 so go ahead and cash it cha-ching! Wow got mine so long ago it's not even funny, well yes it is

read the FAQ on their site, there are many exceptions why you'd get less than the maximum amount. i'm not even sure that i'll be seeing anyting at all...
