IMHO; it's the driving style that attracts cops, not the volume. pick a lane, and stay in it unless you need to make a turn, the more lane changes you make the more you stick out. if you have to make a lane change, make it smooth, and not YANK-the-steering-wheel-fast-and-furious-style  also, if you're exhaust gets TOO loud in residential areas, you're probably speeding anyway, and just begging to be pulled over well... either that or a cop with a bad temper and a thing for big wings and scoops time to go to sleep now  J. | |

Very carefully, it is not as loud as you think on the outside. Just look like you know what you are doing and they won't bother you. As far as 245/40's they do not make them in RT615's and I really want RT615's in 245, so the 45 does not bother me, so what speedo will be ff a tad -Gio | |

Join Date: Feb 2006 Trader Rating: (1) | see i got a bigger wheel, with a low profile tire; so my speedo is only off like 3 mph, but i got the gps speedo when i see a cop around and i need to know my speed for sure kit-i just stick the clutch everytime i get next to a cop, and if i have to move I granny shift, not beyond like 2,500 rpm lol my exhaust seems to get louder every day as it ages.... |
