| Professional STI Racer | long version: it was the olympic torch run ceremony @ justin herman plaza during lunch. i was with my one friend (chinese descent). we were walking back to work and all these people were coming. we were going against the flow of traffic big time. got bumped, etc. she made the comment that we were salmon, going against the flow of the stream... not like fish going with the flow of the stream. i liked that statement and it related to me. for me, a lot of things dont seem to come all that easily. i have to work for it, against the easy way of swimming with the flow of the stream... like a salmon... hence.. the shortened version.. always a salmon, never a fish. |

| Professional STI Racer | but he was saying it is a matter of getting one of those high paying jobs. sometimes it is tough. he was also doing underwater welding in the delaware river. no idea how much that job paid, but he was always *****ing that it was difficult at best to be able to weld b/c at times the water is way too murky.
