Now all Sony needs to do is make a GT4 Arcade game.

That would be cool to have one at Dave and Busters.

Gran Turismo driving simulaters would be awesome. They could have a setup like the Nascar ones at some malls. Could you imagine being able to choose from all those cars.

Holy cow that guy has some time invested in that. Hope he likes it, I tend to think that wheel sucks. Had one and returned it. I didn't think it was realistic at slow speeds

You are the first person I have heard say they didnt like the wheel. I dont have one but was thinking about spending the $ for it... Please tell me more about your opinion more if you could please. You had the 900° one correct? Thanks.

thanks for the link, I've been looking for some blueprints to build something to hold my wheel and pedals. That might not be exactly what i want, but the forum there surely has some other plans and ideas. I haven't played GT4 much because of my lack of suitable mounting for the controls. Shouldn't take much time or money to whip something like that up in the garage. Although I'll probably go with a much less expensive seat, probably something along these lines for $75 from Jegs.

Man, that looks good, but sooooooooo much work.

I guess I'll keep playing on my couch with a controller.

it doesn't really need to cost that much for just the basic shell. I bet I can put one together for under $125 without all the carpet and extra stuff, just a couple of sheets of plywood, screws and a cheap seat would be enough to have a good stable setup. The plans he posted will make it easy. I will see if I can make a trip to the Home Depot Speed shop next week and get started on this.
