someone emailed me this picture of somebody's fingers that apparently look like they've rotted and hollowed out. Does anyone know what the hell would cause someone's fingers to do this? Maybe its fake, I don't know. It's definitely disturbing.

I could see how someone could think it was real. If it wasnt for the shapes and color it would look like an open staph infection or the type that heals with a hole.
