all of the body's basic functions are at the base of the brain so it is possible that one could "live" like that.

EDIT: why were they playing some sort of rock music in the video? seems in poor taste...

The worst part is the fact that someone video taped it and put it up on a public website.

I would hate to be humiliated like that.

8 months is not enough for that piece of crap to spend in jail......This is horrible and I definately think that he needs to spend more time in jail over this.

Did you guys hear the convo that Nick and "Hulk" Hogan had in jail? They were discussing the accident and Nick said that it happened because "he had a negative attitude"...or something along those lines. The guy (Nick) is a dbag and deserves much more than he got IMO. I mean look at his poor "friend"...I'd rather be dead.

like someone else said in the other thread about the crash, who knows if Graziano didn't encourage Nick to race. He may not be as innocent a victim as everyone thinks.

That being said, holy hell that is a nasty injury. It's true that most of your bodies base functions are at the base of the brain so it's possible for him to live like a vegetable. And it's possible that if taken off life support he'd be able to "live" though my guess is someone has to feed him. He might be the next Terry Schiavo.

Quoted for Truth. Nick Hogan got off very lightly. Had his friend actually "died" he would have gotten it a lot worse. I hate to see him get off so easily considering what he did to that guy.

Anyone catch the Hulk on Larry King Live a couple of weeks ago? Someone called in and asked him since Nick had a history of speeding/tickets etc, why didnt the Hulk do something about it then. He just danced around the question and made religious references etc. Never actually admitting that he effed up and his son is a F-up as well.

Makes me sick. Take responsibility for your actions.
