Warranty on exhaust???

So I purchased an Invidia G200 exhaust and I recently noticed the tip is rusting... I live in California and its not like my car sits in the snow or anything. I bought it off a vendor so I am wondering if there is anyway I can have this problem taken care of???

pics? how bads the rust? Its all stainless steel so there shouldnt be any rusting. Thats the first ive heard of an exhaust tip rusting. If its really bad im sure invidia will warranty it

I will take some pics tomorrow, its pretty bad... only on one side. I just read up on SS and it says that its more likely to rust if its low quality SS... I just emailed one of their sales reps, but what if I bought it from a vendor? They will still warranty it?

honestly, its the first ive heard of an invidia exhaust rusting. I mean a little surface rust is pretty normal but is it rusting so bad that its gonna fall apart? If its a little surface rust just see if you can wipe it off with a cloth or something

It's not the type that wipes off, but I wouldn't say it's going to fall apart... I'll probably send them the pictures too. Btw tell me you watched the season finale of the office last night, ohhhh man when Jim synced his bluetooth to Dwight's phone

a coat of rust is normal. read the detailing thread. there is post on how to get it off

i had a problem with an invidia DP and they took care of it 10 fold
