I could see if the dealer meets the terms of the contract and not being able to get your money back. The place in St Louis was basically trying to sell the person a car they didn't order (thus not fulfilling the contract) and then not giving them their money back when they backed out.

well i guess we'll find out here soon what happens. he said first week of june, but who knows..hopefully i can get some good mountain pics with him if he actually gets it

for sure..i was in evergreen last night and all i have to say is wow..i really want to take my car up there, awesome views and would be sweet for some sti pics

not to mention burn a little rubber drivin thru those tight windy roads

so he ended up just getting a blue gsr instead..got it today, probably go take some pics or cruise around in it see how it feels. if he is down ill try and get him to go to the mountains with me sometime soon..maybe you want to meet up somewhere chargedvette02??

Yeah, just let me know when. I will be up in Denver next week for an interview. I'm glad he didn't get the automatic X. Now he just has to deal with all of the problems we stated in this thread.

what day/days are you going to be up in denver? We might even just go up to boulder just because its closer, but either way..

but he let me drive it..clutch is very stiff (not used to a 5 speed anymore

), but didnt really get to drive it cuz it has only 70 miles on it. It rode pretty smooth which suprised me a little bit.

I will be up in the mountains tuesday and wednesday so thrusday and friday would work or Sunday of this week.

the weekdays will be hard for me to go up there, i would only be able to on the weekends
