That would be great! I'll just have to reconcile the schedule in the summer. Definitely a good idea.

The bite is gonna be heating up here real soon. Not sure when the Yellowtail are gonna run but we should try and plan it around then. Anyone else in SD wanna go fishing?

I love fishing been doing it before i could walk, problem is I moved from salmon,steelhead,sturgeon to tennessee where its gar,catfish,bluegill,bass. I miss oregon fishing, one of the few things i am completly content sitting and waiting.

I go freshwater fishing for anything. I haven't been able to go yet this year due to my civilian job & Uncle Sam sending me out time to time.

Saltwater fly fishing is the greatest thing ever but I don't get to go as much as I would like living over 1000 miles from the ocean. We do however have plenty of trout here in Colorado.

I end up going about 4 times a year. I spend most of my time in Cape Cod though striper fishing in May/June then again in September/October. In March though is the best trip to Acklins, Bahamas. That's where the pics above are from.

Nice Brown! I took up fly fishing about 3 years ago and cant get enough! February-April I fish for trout, then Salt Water Fly Fishing for Striped Bass and Blues from May- December. I have yet to get a keeper bass on the Fly rod, but I have gotten fish to 26".

I have never been able to go striper fishing as all of my saltwater work is in south Texas but its on the list. 50 days a year chasing pig trout on tiny gear is still pretty rewarding but nothing like throwing the big stuff on the flats.
