I know. That's puzzling. Keep in mind that the 2001 refund was given to 2/3 of Americans, so not all were "poor", per se. I think all Americans squander money. It's part of our culture.

Yes, but it isn't that much. Max of $600 per person (but not that much necessarily). I think we might get it in june?
