I met a guy at a meet a couple of times with an early 90's Volvo (really boxy) with a Supra Swap + 6 spd tranny!

I have always loved the slivia converted 240sx with an RB26DET. Nothing like skyline power in a smaller lighter car. Not that the popular SR20 swap is bad, just not nearly as powerful.

I would say a corrola AE86 with a S15 SR20DET swap that would be hot.

not necessarily so. i think the max hp i've heard about on an sr > swapped rb in a 240....

i 'had a spirited drive' with (against) an rb26dett (stock) swapped 240 the other week. i was ahead the whole time

I have a 2332 cc Type 1 motor in my bug right now. It has about 150 whp. My best ET is 12.2 at 110 mph. It's definitely faster than my STi.

And I know it's not original, but I'm always a fan of the boxy 240 Volvo's with 5.0 swaps.
(kinda weird that I'm into "sleepers" and I drive a car with a big wing...haha)

My friend got a 80's deisel Volvo wagon and he's in the process of swapping a 350 v8 in it.
