Today, Chris Toth, owner of Bodylines, came to my house to repair 2 dings on my roof and 2 dings on my C-pillar (4 total). I removed the headliner myself since that takes quite a bit of time to do without creasing the soft material. It also lowered the cost of labor.

Chris was done in 10 minutes and included the second roof ding at no extra cost. I didn't even know that it was there.

I won't say the total price, but will say that it beat the "others" estimate by $100 to $125. The "others" also had very poor customer service. I e-mailed them, left voice messages, and sent them pictures of the damages for an estimate (on their own websites). Very few of them called back. The one that did call back was not very interested. Individual clients are not nearly as profitable as dealerships and companies.

But, this thread is not to bash the others. The intent is to help other iwsti members in Central NJ get PDR work done at an exceptional value and customer service. I also want to help Chris get some more work in the area with other Subie drivers. Chris does work with the Maserati / Ferrari dealership on Route 1 in Edison too. You can trust your Subaru with him.

If you want to schedule a mass PDR meet, I'm sure Chris would be willing to do a mass repair session as well.
