Stolen Recovered 06 CGM STI from NJ[?], whose is it?

I found a recovered 06 CGM STI at a junkyard and I think it came from NJ. It looks all stock, but it had IWSTI and Colin McRae decals on the rear side windows. It looks like it was towed away as the iginition looked fine and the thieves only took the interior, BBS wheels, and Brembos.

Anyway if anyone knows the previous owner of this car, please PM me. Thanks!

Here's a picture of the stickers that were on both rear side windows. I also checked out the inspection sticker and it said it was a NJ dealer inspection sticker, whatever that is. While taking it apart, I found a kill switch secretly mounted and also an Alpine headunit plastic holder case.

If anyone knows who might the previous owner be, please PM me.

edit: I forgot to mention the car has a K&N stock panel air filter and a sticker on the air intake scoop thing.

Got it from one in NYC, who bought it at an auction somewhere. I forgot to ask where though.

in all likelyhood the car's insurer already settled the matter with the owner. even if you found the person chances are he cannot legally get the car back if the insurer took the loss.

I'm trying to find this person to ask if he still has the keys to the car. My friend bought the parts off of this car and having the original key is much easier than having to go to a dealer to get a key made/ordered and then programming it. The car itself has to be at the dealership and that's going to be a PITA when the car can't run.

I figured since the car had IWSTI decals, he might be a known guy on here and posts a lot. I guess not.
