IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2005 | Hey! I am from socal but go to school up here. Emeryville eh... that is just down the street. All I can say is the hills in SF suck for traffic. They ride your rear bumper like the reason for life is written on your license frame. There is a huge norcal thread which you are definitely welcome to join, regardless of the car you drive. |

Emission laws are pretty strict, I will not comment further, if you want more info PM me. Yes there are a lot of modded cars. In general, one if not the most expensive areas to live in in the entire country, after Hawaii perhaps...but it's worth it IMO. Let us know when you move.

Other people might tell you I'm full of $h1T, but they might be living with huge credit card debts, or their parents help them or they don't save anything per month. The rent in the EAst Bay is about 700-800/month for a room. The food is more expensive than in the Mid-west (I've been in the Mid-west for business and have eaten out there and it was a joke....a full breakfast for 7 dollars plus tip.) Gas is 3.70/gallon. In general, everything here is more expensive. Hell, if I moved to Colorado or the east coast I can have my own house right now, here it barely buys you a townhouse... The girls here are stuck up. If I didn't scare you yet, than by all means, come on by! Just keeping it real. (as I always do)

| Professional STI Racer Feedback Score: 9 reviews | yeah, with the numbers they told me, i should be making about 70-80k a year, and i have a place to stay, either at my cousins condo or my uncles/aunts condo. so rent will be extra cheap. plus making 70-80k is the minimum, if i work hard enough i can always make more money. |

| Professional STI Racer Feedback Score: 9 reviews | i dont know the toyota dealers but my uncle has friends that own dealers. i didnt really wanna bother him to much about it but he said he had talked to them to get some info for me, to see if i would be interested and to view my options. yeah unless i had a roomate im going to live with family. WAY to expensive for me to live by myself. |
