Wow, those are the craziest graphics I've ever seen. If you can notice all the palm trees have the same outline. Its a demo for a new graphics generator. Welcome to the new ages of gaming. WOOT!

This was on the news and shown to be a hoax. The film creator is an animator by trade and he built those models and had some locals flying them around. The "UFOs" are real flying devices.

I don't know that the scenery is "generated" but maybe footage of the things flying is laid over footage of the landscape. Regardless, the whole effect looks pretty good.

in one of the videos he changes the ships to text and has it fly over
I have to admit, when I first saw it, I believed it.
