Peruse SRTForums for a bit and look at some of the threads from guys that Hennessey has done work for. IUt is VERY rare that there isn't some sort of major problem with turn-around time, finances, cars blowing up, etc. UNhappy customers make for a bad reputation in teh car community. John Hennessey has a bad reputation among his own. That is pretty bad stuff.

Really eh? Never ever heard this, kinda disappoints me because I have always respected what John Hennessey could do with a viper. Is it isolated cases or are the problems constantly appearing?

Like Grambo said, the guy has long history of terrible customer service, price jacking, and half assed jobs. My uncle dropped of a 2006 Viper Coupe with 1600 miles to have some work done, came back a month later to check on it, 290 miles put on it, bald rear tires, a hostile Hennessy and no work started.

Wow, I had no idea. I like Vipers and heard of Hennessy of course, but I didnt know of such problems.

On a side note 290 miles on the car is rediculous. I would raise holy hell..
