I'm on the west coast, and the rivalry is strong here. Every time i see an evo or they see me, they rev me and blah blah wooosh. Then they hear me rev and my exhaust parts their hair. Oh well, friendly competions FTW!

Don't get wrapped up in numbers. Who knows what dyno or grade of pump gas the supposed 35R STI was tuned on. Every dyno reads different and every grade of fuel affects power levels differently. Throw some race gas into the 35R STI, turn up the boost and the "niggah 9" is going to need that 50 shot, race gas, and even driver's error on the part of the STI owner to even stand a chance. Now throw a 35R onto an Evo, and it might be a different story. Either way that guy is a total clown. What I find really hilarious is the fact that the guy refer to his car as a "niggah 9" but yet he is white, and his car is white... I suppose since mine is black it is a "niggah 9" . I was so pissed off by his antics that I made a comment under his You Tube clip, but it has since been deleted. So I guess since he wants to play hard ball, I'll just report his stupid video for foul language! Don't be surprised if the clip isn't working sometime soon.

wow. i just went back and he erased my comment as well. all i said was i have both cars in the garage(the evo is my girlfriends, little brother. he is staying with us for a little while). i said that both cars had been tuned by the same shop and had comparable numbers(the evo dyno'd higher), and there is zero way that one car pulls that signifigantly harder from the other(unless driver error is involved). I was simply stating a kill was a kill. however, that i felt there was some questions that could be raised as far as the validity of what the sti was packing, or if he was really racing, or that the gas station meeting had even taken place.

if i'm passing an EVO i'll give him the . just like anyone. i like cars - period. if its a SRT-4, EVO, WRX or STI...they all get props. i like things about all of those cars.

if i end up running them, i dont' scream "you just got yanked by a niggah STI".. lol.

I get flipped off at least once a week by someone driving an evo. Was at a light had my wife and 3month old in the backseat an evo pulls up and stares me down and punches it when the light turns green i just slowly go on my way then at he next light he flips me off. I just smiled and waved and kept going my own way.

Glad im not the only one getting hated on. It seems that this evo vs sti thing is only happening in socal and everybody needs to relax and not worry about what other people drive.

That kind of crap is just stupid. You have your family in the car and some a**hat wants to play Fast and Furiouser. Sorry you have to deal with that garbage down south man. Up north, at least in my experience, I get the V or a from Evo guys. Even Vettes and "Tuned" Diesel 4x4's are shooting me the V in traffic.
The SRT-4 guys were idiots towards me when I drove a Neon. I don't think that attitude from SRT-4 guys will ever change. (Their tax brackets match their intellect and maturity level...very low. )
