Exactly. Some young turd in a Prelude was riding my ass trying to get around me....he finally did just to fly past me. I just drove along at normal speed but I'm sure he will brag about "beating" an STi. I don't give a crap.

yeah, but that might just be to "back up" his claims. it could never have even happened(the meet at the gas station). to me, it looks like the sti didn't really even give it a go. to be out of it that quickly sends up a red flag. to be honest there are dozens of vids that are like that on youtube. some more clear cut than others. who knows.

Your right and I agree with you but I just want to keep this sti vs evo war going. Almost everytime i see a evo in so cal they either rev their bovs or stare me down like I did something wrong by buying an sti.

War? I don't know whats going on in the west coast, but over here on the east coast (in my area at least) STI's and Evo's get along fine. Never came across someone that absolutely hated the other car.

Heck at my last Evo meet (15 Evo's about) there was a guy there with an 07 STI, and no one gave him **** just because he drove an STI. In fact a lot of Evo drivers were checking out his car including me.

Why you want to keep this "war" going is beyond me, but I find it pretty childish. Ignore them and keep driving, don't stoop down to their level, I'm sure you're better then that.

Another case of an asshat evo driver thinking he is top dog because he beat a supposed "big turbo" STI. It says in the comments that he spoke with the STI driver inbetween runs and he saw the 35R. Supposedly the STI made 370whp on pump. If we'll ever know the truth...who knows, but either way the guys acting like a douche!

i agree about the whole evo vs sti thing being near non existant on the east coast. i live outside of boston. i travel main highways to and from work. all summer i drive a major highway to maine to my beachhouse. i take the occasional road trips to new york and phili. I really get nothing but thumbs up and waves from evo drivers.
all this anger must be go from the southern states all the way to the west coast as far as disliking someone or the car they drive.
either way, any adult that refers to themselves as "cool daddy dollars" is a complete tool. no matter what car he drives.
