I hope that cop chases him down, drags him out of the car, and bounces his face off the pavement ten or twenty times. It's assholes like that one that give the "tuner/modder" crowd a bad rep.

reckless driving, hit and run and evading arrest in 12 seconds. thats impressive. if the cop was in any way injured in the accident, they'll probably tack on assault with a deadly weapon. serves him right.
