no way he is talking about a "turbo" turbo.....capacitive directince? conductors..flexes? unless our turbos run off electicity

Default its a joke

I guess no one picked up on what that video was all about. Its a joke about dealerships not caring about fixing your car, but rather keeping your car in their possession for an extra long period of time to raise billable man hours for their employees. Then when you get it back they say something like, "well, the problem is that there's too much gas in your fuel", or something ridiculous like that and then make you pay for 8 hours of labor. That's what the turbo encapsulator is, its a machine that gives a random fake answer to a problem, it's at the end of the video. U just gotta watch the whole thing, which, by the way, was a collossal waste of time. But I just think its funny that no one realized that it's a joke!
