E46 Bmw M3 V8?

Saw this while my friends and I were walking back from the NY Auto Show towards Grand Central through Time's Square. I have never seen an M3 like this in my life. The thing was absolutely ridiculous... But in a good way of course!!!!

I'll give you the Streetfire link instead of Youtube because the quality is a bit better. The video does not do this car justice at all.
