You should know that personal insults are not allowed in this forum, I suspect that you will soon draw the ire of the moderators soon.

That cop is really dumb to do something like that in front of a camera. I understand that their job is difficult, but you cannot assault helpless guys in wheelchairs. She should be charged with gross incompetence...that is if that were a law to break.
