I bet that autox regions insurance went up quite a bit after that little incident. Whoever set that course up should really never do it again. Not that the guy isn't an idiot, but when you are designing a course you have to be prepared for idiots and plan accordingly.

^ exactly who the hell was the safety steward at that event? Look how close that turn is to that curb much less that tree. The start seemed to be nothing but a straight away right into that tree.

WTF? I think he would have been fine if he hadn't locked up the brakes, he needs to build up his skills in a really big parking lot with nothing he could possibly hit.
