ok, it ain't so. maybe this will be more to everyone's liking since it is closer to our model year car and comes with the 6spd short shifter. http://www.imprezawrxsti.com/postnuk...654&highlight=

the aust spec bug eye STi was a slug below 4000rpm trust me the MY03 (MY04 shape here) was improved alot, but still had a fair amount of lag, which is why the 2.5 ltr version will be making its way to aust and 2.0ltr STi's will be pretty much special order for rally teams or anyone who desires one. As i remember the Aus spec STi uses the IHI VF 34.
