Hey tonight 7:30pm on speed channel is a new series "sports car revolution" on the ads i saw them hammering a STi... Dont know if it will be on tonights show, but would be interesting watch anyways.

Also at 7pm is tuner transformation where they looked to be chopping up a RX-8 for a rebuild

i think tuner transformation is one of the worst car shows i have ever seen. it's like all the guys on the show are related to someone in charge of the show, or something to that affect. the guy who was supposed to paint the calipers didn't even understand what a big brake upgrade was all about or it's efficiency, he couldn't find a bodykit( ummm veilside), he didn't like the graphics package( it was kinda limp), he didn't even approve of the nitrous install. what a tool. the head guy seemed alright
a little flakey. the asian guy seemed to be the most checked out guy there. he set forth a task, called a team in, had it installed, then took all the credit. yup the show sucked butt..sports car revolution was money. liked it alot how they spread the gambit in one show. and i already like all the guys on the show because they are from other car shows. thanx again eatv8 for the heads up.

The STi was on for about 5 minutes but it was cool watching it tear up the track. Although they made fun of the looks at first, they forgot all about the wing and hood scoop once they realized it had the goods to back it up. The even said it is now on the top 3 list

all the hosts on Sports Car Revolution were somewhat OK, Tuner Transformation absolutly SUCKED and I will tell Speed to pull that show ASAP. Between showing Hi-Rev Tuners and that Tuner transformation they have WAY too much crap on there now.

I liked the Ferrari, STi, Mugen RSX and T-bucket hot rod on Sports car revolution, but they could go into a little more detail in each segment instead of having so many quick overviews. In general that show has a chance, Tuner Transformation definitely does NOT.

Default The clunking front diff

Agreed. I could not believe the show where they take the DSM to these guys and the first thing the tuner does is flip out and start telling him what crap it is and how he is "Honda all the way". I wouldn't have let that bozo touch my car. Then they started making fun of the other team for being "too scientific" and taking too many measurements, etc. Just what we need, more "tuners" who just throw parts on and hope they work without properly analyzing everything to see what's really going on inside the engine.

Tuner transform was whack - guys were arguing about stickers for 10 minutes, come on, cut that part out and show us the real helpful stuff..
It was cool to see STi review for few minutes..
Thanks to Steve, aka eatv8 for heads up about the show...

Tuner transformation was like American Choppers with a car, accept they didn't do anything to it. Not sure it's a car show, maybe a comedy. It was fun watching the STi go around the track and hear how impressed they were with it. Now I can't wait to get to the track.

The difference being that the guys on American Choppers actually have skill and know what they are doing and design their own bikes. The tuners on tuner transformation bolt a bunch of parts on and hope it will last through the day.

The BBC channel has the best car program ever, Top Gear. Too bad we cannot receive it here in the US.
