That EVO is just downright ugly.
That front grille is stoopid!

dont forget about the rumors of the next gen GTR comming out 450 hp tt v6 is the consensus atm.

maybe mitsu is trying to stay with the changing market with the evo x with higher hp.

it makes me wonder what subaru will do, will they drop a h6 3.0 vs 450 hp bombshell if evo releases a 400 hp variant of the evo x just like they "one upped" mitsu with the 2.5 litre 300 hp engine.

oh yeah dont forget in europe there is currently an "FQ" package that upps the evo's hp to 400 with a warranty, so mitsu may just be bringing this engine package over to the states.

for one thing if the price goes up, they're going to lose a big majority of buyers.

It won't be seen in CA with 400hp and I can guarantee that.

Those are the two ugliest cars I've ever seen. If Subaru releases an STi that looks anything like that, I'm selling.

Or you could keep your own because it would have no affect on you?

Exactly. Why would you care what the new one looks like if you're happy with your current one?

But that is a 4G63, not the new engine that will debut in the Evo X. Either way, no way will NA see a 400hp Evo off the showroom floor.

That test was pretty contrived though; that Evo has 5 speeds (or 6) for a reason. No one in their right mind would try to pass someone at 25mph in 5th. That's just silly...
