I wonder if I should wait til 08 to buy my STi... but I heard it was going to be built in the US after the 07 model year? The Evo looks mean but the front end looks like a large-mouth bass.

The 400 horsepower sounds really good, but the overall look of the car does not look good at all.

I will believe it when they actually have the North American launch. I dont doubt the car will look close to that, but 400hp seems a bit optimistic. If the car does come out with that much Hp, I might need to go stage 2 to keep my STi competitive.

If Vishnu can push the Evo 9 to 380 bhp with just a tune, Mitsubishi as a company should have no problem pushing 400 bhp.

I'll believe it once the car makes it to the showrooms though, I don't get in the media's hype...

If they come out with 2.0L 400hp car you can just about forget driving it everyday, unless it has a 22 gallon gas tank.
