| Amateur STI Driver | Guys The Final production version of the new Process West V-Mounted intercooler is complete. Today we did some basic testing of the system and I am excited to say the least. Street testing showed perfect water temperatures and very good intercooler outlet temps. The owner has the car back now. I will have the car back next Wednesday and I will spend the day collecting data including total intercooler system pressure drop, intercooler inlet/outlet temps along with water temps. Watch this thread for the test results on Wednesday. I also have an 06STi coming next week to install one of these beauties on. We will be doing some track testing with this car...Watch this space. Below are some pics of the final production version of the system. Kevin The below pic shows the duct that channels the air though the radaitor/condensor assembly. The duct has a rubber seal as well. I may not be the first to ask but, what's the price? Some are really interested and it would also be nice to have a group buy. Good work, it looks sweet. |
