Guys

The Final production version of the new Process West V-Mounted intercooler is complete. Today we did some basic testing of the system and I am excited to say the least.

Street testing showed perfect water temperatures and very good intercooler outlet temps. The owner has the car back now. I will have the car back next Wednesday and I will spend the day collecting data including total intercooler system pressure drop, intercooler inlet/outlet temps along with water temps.

Watch this thread for the test results on Wednesday.

I also have an 06STi coming next week to install one of these beauties on. We will be doing some track testing with this car...Watch this space.

Below are some pics of the final production version of the system.

Kevin

The below pic shows the duct that channels the air though the radaitor/condensor assembly. The duct has a rubber seal as well.

Wow, it looks impressive to say the least. I can't wait to see the performance numbers and data that you have collected. I may not be the first to ask but, what's the price? Some are really interested and it would also be nice to have a group buy. Good work, it looks sweet.

It looks really good. What radiator are you using, stock? How is access to the radiator cap?

MastroWRX.com has purchased some. I am building them right now and they will be air freighted within 2 weeks.

pricing is available and the kit is up on Mastrowrx.com. I'm pumped about picking one of these up! Anyone want a gently used Injen Phantom FMIC and CAI?

Its definatly different, I will give you that. Personal opinion though it looks alot more bad ass to have a big ol FMIC in the front opening. To each their own though, and I do applaud you on a great looking very clean setup. Looks great!

$2,550 on Mastrowrx.com
Obviously a pricier option, but it looks like a nice piece.
