If all cops cars in japan share that paint job, they'd be extremely easy to spot.

In Australia each state's police cars share the same marking... All states look very simular and they are easy to spot... but doesnt help alot of the time when speeding as they park the cars out of site and stand behind a pole with a lazer gun to get your speed when your 800m- 1km away, they have plenty of time to get in their car and come after you. Either that or they just park a Speed Camera behind something and take your picture as u fly by
