Cool 06 WRX/STi First Drive: Motor Trend and Car & Driver

Of course when the load of mags come, I have to flip through and find any and all articles on subarus, specifically 06s! I was dissapointed in Road and Track, where all they seemed to have was a blurb in the new car buyers guide, but MT and C&D each had a small article. I love MTs comments on the huge buzz on online forums on even the smallest changes, we can all relate to that! I guess this is just an appetizer, we will have to wait a few months until we get a good 4-6 page in depth article with testing (to see if that new steering sensor helps!). http://www.pbase.com/revme/octmotcd

Thanks for posting this information. It sure sounds like C&D, MT, and Autoweek all were on the same trip! And it definitely sounds like hot-rod Imprezas are still pleasing them all.

When I first cracked MT, I flipped to the new car blurbs. They had an '06 EVO IX blurb, but no STi blurb. What the heck?

Then I started through the magazine in earnest to find a special two page section on the '06 Impreza lineup. Very nice.
