Default Entertaining 2005 STi review

Hello all,

Stumbled across this entertaining 2005 STi review:

http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/con...7008/index.php

Good car review website in general. Enjoy!

Haha, yes that was a fairly etertaining review. But, why does everyone say the interior is so horrible? I prefer to to any car I have ever been in all honesty. Everything is evenly spaced, easy to press, and goes with the car. I find expensive cars like Audi's and BMWs to be too hard to use and too cluttered. What's the ideal interior setup supposed to be like?

Exactly. Of course the interior is plastic, but most cars in the Impreza's class are. I'm guessing that because they think you are paying $30k you have to have a nice, expensive interior. I believe the interior of the STi is much superior to the Evo, and fell in love with the automatic climate controls and the colors of the interior of the STi when I first got a ride in it. I paid my $30k for the performance, not for the expensive interior. I guess if you want both go and buy a M5, but we all know those cost more than twice as much as a STi.

That guy has some colorful, creative views.....However, he is very hesitant to compliment a car on much of anything. I would be curious, after reading about 10 of his reviews on various different makes/models of cars, what kind of car he would create if given the chance....and after reading his insult ridden reviews, his creation had better be PERFECT! I think the only car he really, really liked was the Lotus Elise! I can't disagree with him on a good choice for a fun car, but I guess I half expected some better write ups on other makes of cars as well! He even hammers the new Vette, which IMO, is the most sexy Vette ever! Ah well, you can't please everyone I guess, and this guy is certainly NO exception! Thanks for the link Bulletboss!
