I think that the Z-Tuned 350z convertable is much more impressive. A local nissan dealership had it and they used real nice parts to make 400rwhp on a 350z, and yes they did a whole lot of suspension upgrades unlike the ESX car... Twin PE turbos at 6psi boost, and a huge ARC Front mount, exhaust, sitting on sweet 19's, dvd nav, new paint scheme and plenty of other stuff i cant think of. They wanted 69k (40k for stock 350z conv) may seem like a lot but this thing was sweet. The turbo kit can be bought for 8k normally, the rims were probably 2k and the paint job must have cost another 7-10k.....

I was talking with our Southeast rep this morning and we both agree that these ESX cars are such a waste.... They're going to sit on lots forever....

they tried to come out with a FQ type of thing... (aka Evo FQ400) and it didn't quite work out.

Then again, the EVo offers WAY better seats, CF good here and there and who knows what else. The FQ400 is still not worth its price, but at least its a good attempt at making a specialty model.

I would fire that painter helper and get a guy that could figure out by himself how to remove parts rather than mask them up. 2c

As for the turbo i belive they use a IHI VF-22. the car is still not worth the price tag.

Also, why wouldn't one buy a regular STI w/ a VISHNU Package, make 400HP, then get some Pinks and Tops and call it a day?

and somebody here paid 299 a wheel for arceo wheels? how much do they weigh? i picked up (in my opinion) vastly better looking rota fomula mesh in 18x8 for 600 for a set! $15k on top is ludicrous. on top of that they made the car look worse. if prodrive designed a package, i'd get in line... did ali ever had a reputation of being a great tuner?? if you dont have that reputation, how can you tell yourself that your $45-50k is money well spent... the prodrive gc8 was a very well integrated package/car.

Your correct. They are 41mm and I'm having issues with my tires rubbing with my Pink springs.
Had I known that prior to purchase I wouldn't have ordered them at all...however...I do think they look good. Not the red ones though lol.
