Subaru to build sports coupe on impreza chassis

Subaru is supposedly going to build a sports coupe on the impreza chassis. They will share the coupe's underpinnings with Toyota, who will stick their own body on it. check the story here:

2010-2011 we will see an STI 2 door? Thats hot. I wonder if it will be close to the p-2. I will get in line asap.

That would be cool if they made it look like a P2. I also heard in another rumor that the design might be a revised b11s design.

I really hope that this car does really well so that there might be a chance of another collaboration between the two but this time for a supercar. The car would have an engine from Toyota that has the modability and greatness of the 2jz and an AWD system from Subaru as well as technoloby of the p2 from Prodrive. That would be pretty sick. A car that could challenge the GT-R. Anways, just wishful thinking.

so question is will it be sold under toyota or subaru?
to me, if it's going to be sold under subaru, i would THINK it would automatically be AWD...i don't think they would ever offer something not AWD.

Production starting in 2010 means it'll be a while. For some reason I don't really care for a AWD coupe. I hope they offer boost in the RWD version.
