They specifically said it doesnt affect US models, but it affects all Subaru's other turbo 2.5s. How could it affect others, and not ours? That doesnt make sense. Our hardware is very similar from what Ive heard. It's my guess we'll be next on that recall list.

Not sure why they say no US vehicles have been affected. We just had a brand new Outback XT in with some major issues around the time SOA sent that out. From what I can gather it IS a problem but it's very rare.
